The purpose of this study was to determine whether employee empowerment, knowledge sharing and work-life balance have an effect on employee performance at Junglegold Chocolate Factory Mengwi Badung Bali. Samples were collected using saturated sampling techniques totaling 47 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (a) there is a significant and positive effect between employee empowerment and employee performance, (b) there is a significant and positive effect between knowledge sharing and employee performance and (c) there is a significant and positive effect between work-life balance and employee performance.
