EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND INDIVIDUAL CREATIVITY ON INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE TROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

This research aims to determine the influence of employee engagement and individual creativity on individual performance in moderating organizational citizenship behavior in employees CV. Prima Sealindo engineering Sidoarjo. The method used is qualitative. The data uses probability sampling techniques with a sample size of 47 people at CV. Prima Sealindo. Data analysis in this study used Smart PLS version 4.0. The research results show that: first, there is a positive and significant impact between employee engagement on individual performance. Second, there is a positive and significant impact between individual creativity and individual performance. Third, there is a negative and insignificant impact of OCB on individual performance. Fourth, the negative and insignificant impact of employee engagement on individual performance is weakened by OCB. Fifth, the negative and insignificant impact of individual creativity on individual performance is weakened by OCB.
