This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, and knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior in export SMIs in Bali. Data was collected using a questionnaire from 190 employees of export SMIs in Bali. Then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the IBM SPSS 21 program. The findings of this research show that transformational leadership has no significant effect on innovative work behavior. Psychological empowerment and knowledge sharing have a significant effect on innovative work behavior. Based on these findings, suggestions can be made for adjustments needed in the application of transformational leadership. Furthermore, psychological empowerment and facilitation of knowledge-sharing practices are needed to increase innovative work behavior in SMIs.
