The aim of this research is to find out whether organizational culture, work environment and organizational support influence organizational commitment at PT. Tirta Investama Bali. Samples were collected using a simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula, totaling 86 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research results show that: (a) there is a significant and positive influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment with a coefficient value of 0.157 and a significance value of 0.000, (b) there is a significant and positive influence between the work environment on organizational commitment with a coefficient value of 0.156 and The significance value is 0.000, and (c) there is a significant and positive influence between organizational support on organizational commitment with a coefficient value of 0.381 and a significance value of 0.000.
