Abstract

Financial management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is crucial for ensuring sustainability and growth amidst limited resources and increasing market competition. This study explores effective financial management strategies for MSMEs, emphasizing the role of digitalization in enhancing efficiency and transparency. Key strategies include separating personal and business finances to improve financial clarity, managing cash flow effectively to maintain liquidity, and utilizing digital tools such as accounting software and fintech platforms for streamlined financial reporting and planning. Additionally, the study examines how MSMEs can access funding sources, including crowdfunding and government grants, to address financial constraints. Digital transformation is identified as a significant enabler in optimizing resource allocation and mitigating risks while fostering accountability in financial management. By adopting these strategies, MSMEs can improve operational decision-making, strengthen their competitive position, and contribute to broader economic development. This research highlights the importance of integrating financial literacy and technology to address the unique challenges faced by MSMEs, paving the way for long-term resilience and sustainability.
