The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the effect of Benefit (X1), Compensation (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via google form to 100 employees at Keraton Jimbaran Resort. The data processing technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The results of hypothesis testing in this study explain that compensation has a direct effect on job satisfaction, meaning that providing adequate compensation will also increase satisfaction. Likewise, benefits can have a direct effect on employee satisfaction, meaning that the provision of benefits received by employees if it is good and feasible will increase job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also affects compensation and benefits, meaning that the higher the employee's job satisfaction, the higher the desire to stay in the company for a long time. Regarding the results obtained with all its limitations, the suggestions that can be given to future researchers are adding other independent variables that have not been used in this study, increasing the number of samples can also be done or researching on different types of companies, so that this research can develop and find out the magnitude of other factors that can affect employee job satisfaction.
