ANALISIS KUALIATS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PADA UPT PUSKESMAS CITERAS KAB. GARUT

Puskesmas, as one of the district/city technical service implementation units, strives to meet all of the community's needs, wants, and aspirations via the provision of high-quality public services. Having said that, it's terrible that some community health facilities still provide subpar care. Using a qualitative technique, this research employs descriptive research. The Citeras Health Center medical staff, community health center officers, and community members who have visited the center as patients are the sources of data used in this study. Interviews, eyewitness accounts, and written records were the means of information gathering. This study's findings support the claim that Citeras Community Health Center provides excellent medical care. Nevertheless, the Cietras Community Health Center's service is poor due to several issues. Lack of public knowledge, insufficient infrastructure and facilities (including X-ray and laboratory capabilities), and occasionally out-of-stock medications (which patients must redeem at the pharmacy) are all obstacles that impede patients' ability to receive treatment.
