In the current era of globalization, the capital market in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, with the consumer goods industry playing a significant role in supporting the nation`s economy. This research aims to analyze the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) on stock prices of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. Utilizing a quantitative research method, data was collected from annual financial reports of 27 selected companies. Descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted using SPSS version 26. Results indicate that ROA and CR positively impact stock prices, while DER has a negative effect. These findings contribute to understanding how financial performance metrics affect stock valuation, providing valuable insights for investors and company management to enhance financial strategies.
