ANALISIS MANAJEMEN PELAYANAN FARMASI DI APOTEK KURNIA JAYA BANDUNG

This research focuses on pharmaceutical service management at Kurnia Jaya Pharmacy. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the pharmaceutical service management system that occurs at Kuniia Jaya Pharmacy Bandung. Business competition in the pharmaceutical world is getting tighter, one of which is marked by the large number of pharmacies spread. Pharmaceutical service activities are the main spear in this competition. At Apotek Kurnia Jaya Bandung, the quality of service is still below average, characterized by the absence of the pharmacist's role directly in every service activity. This research uses qualitative methods. Data sources are obtained directly from the assistant pharmacist as well as the person in charge of the pharmacy. The results of this study are in the form of an evaluation for Kurnia Jaya Pharmacy to improve, improve, separate and adjust the responsibilities of each pharmaceutical worker in accordance with the rules. In addition, pharmacies must have standardized SOP, especially in terms of providing services.
