This study aims to analyze the application of the Value Proposition Canvas at PT Raja Herbal Unggul which produces Corn Silk Tea. The approach in this study was conducted using qualitative research. Data collected through in-depth interviews with the owner and several consumers of Corn Silk Tea. The results showed that the application of the Value Proposition Canvas can help PT Raja Herbal Unggul in understanding the needs and desires of consumers of Corn Silk Tea products. Value Proposition canvas can be an effective tool to increase the added value of products. The recommendations given include in-depth Research and Development, increasing product variants and sizes, increasing promotions through social media content or through bazaars, and determining product prices. This research is expected to be a reference for other businesses to optimize business strategies through the application of the Value Proposition Canvas.
