This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and workload on employee performance in the office of the Mayor of North Jakarta. The sample used in this study consists of 81 randomly selected employees. The method of analysis employed is multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance, with a p-value greater than 0.05. Conversely, workload has a significant effect on employee performance, with a p-value less than 0.05. These findings suggest that workload is a more dominant factor influencing employee performance compared to work discipline. This study provides practical implications for the management of the Mayor's Office of North Jakarta to pay more attention to workload management in order to improve employee performance.
