This article discusses the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance. Employee performance is an important factor in organizational success and corporate competitiveness. This study analyzes how a strong organizational culture can create values and norms that support optimal performance, and how a conducive work environment can increase employee morale and motivation. Using a quantitative approach, this study uses data from 35 respondents at the company owner level and analyzes it with PLS. The results show that both variables have a significant influence on employee performance, both directly and through mediating variables such as job satisfaction. This study contributes to the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory and offers practical insights for developing strategies that improve employee performance through strengthening organizational culture and creating a positive work environment.
