PENGARUH RETURN ON EQUITY, CURRENT RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR CONSUMER NON-CYCLICALS PERIODE 2019-2023

Abstract

This study aims to identify how return on equity and current ratio impact stock prices of non-cyclical consumer industry companies during the period 2019-2023. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. In addition, by utilizing Ms. Excel and SPSS 25 software. By utilizing additional data collected from official platforms such as Yahoo! Finance, IDX, and other official sources. The results of the study show that ROE does not affect stock prices partially, while Current Ratio affects stock prices partially. Testing carried out simultaneously on both variables shows a significant impact on stock prices. This study is expected to be able to help investors, companies, and related parties make investment decisions.
